Twitter Lawyer Who Banned Trump & Hid Hunter’s Laptop Scandal Donated $18,000 to Democrats

One of Twitter’s top lawyers who played a key role in the platform’s decision to ban Donald Trump and its actively playing down the Hunter Biden laptop scandal has been called out for her political bias by Elon Musk.

Vijaya Gadde, 47, originally moved to the States as a child from India with her family. She claims she experienced racist abuse as an Indian child growing up in Texas and that her father had to get permission from the Ku Klux Klan to work as a door-to-door insurance salesman.

Despite the initial hardships and undeniable proof that the American dream is attainable for all races and creeds, Vijaya became a successful lawyer at the elite Silicon Valley based law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati before joining the Twitter team in 2011.

According to the Daily Mail, Gadde regularly donates to Democratic candidates, dishing out more than $18,000 in the past 20 years, and more recently issuing Kamala Harris’ campaign with a $2,700 donation in 2019.

The top lawyer was handed almost complete control over Twitter’s content policies by creator and former owner Jack Dorsey. It has been up to Gadde to decide the content people are allowed to post and what they are not. Read more
